i have in the past used Flex-Seal product and it worked extremely well. Rustoleum makes a similar product u can get at Wal-mart. It seals everything, and creates a flexible seal.

Ideally you can have a new piece of plexiglass made that is a couple of inches larger than the original in order to use the old screw holes. The outside plastic molding gets very brittle with age and probably can't be saved. Don't worry about trying to replace the molding, just go without. Remove the fasteners. Use a putty knife to remove the old molding on outside then clean/scrape the surfaces with a 5 in one painters tool . I used Butyl tape (Amazon) to rebed the seal between plexiglass and boat. Reinstall the fasteners then caulk the outside. It does not look as good but the leak was fixed on my first attempt.
