Window frame on Hunter 28.5

I have an 85 Hunter 28.5. I stepped on the long slider (though it doesn't slide)window channel and broke it while sailing. I'm looking for some ideas on how to fix it. I called Hunter. They don't offer the channeling anymore. They gave me the name of the manufacturer but they don't stock it anymore either. Anyone have ideas?

Fixed port moulding?

Chris: I assume that you are talking about the moulding that goes around the fixed port light on your boat. There is a fellow in Southern Cal. that makes the replacements for these. His name is Mark at Mark Plastics. 909/735-7705. Give him a call and see if he can fix you up. These old units were bad by design.
