I installed a windlass on my C36
Hi Jim - I don't know if this will help, but I installed a Simpson Lawrence Sprint 900 (since replaced with model 1000) on my C36. I installed it just aft of the anchor locker bulkhead on deck instead of inside the anchor well (you might have a newer boat with an easier option for this. This keeps the motor dry inside the boat (and easily accessible), letting the chain fall into the locker on the other side.
