Windlass Servicing

I was wondering what is involved in servicing the windlass in the picture? The hydraulic pump seems to be working, but the clutch seems stuck and won't release allowing the anchor to drop. It hasn't been used for quite awhile, so I'm hoping it's servicable and doesn't need replacing. Any help would be appreciated.

Sure it's Hydraulic?...

Your photo looks just like my Bene 350. My windlass is manual, no hydraulics at all. To drop the anchor, I lift the chain off the wildcat and "hand over hand" the chain, then rode over the side. When weighing anchor, I crank in the rode, then move the chain to the wildcat and continue to raise the anchor.I hope this helps,Marc
