I would like to install a windlass in the anchor well on my 1988 catlina 30. anyone with experience to share. what brand and model was used and what problems encountered??

I just went to a 35 pound bruce anchor and 30 feet of chain. I have a bad feeling that I will be adding a windlass at some point in time. Do I have to change my Anchor rode also?
