There is lots of info on that topic in the archives, you should be able to find what you need there. One thing I'm glad I thought of first is on my 35.5 the pan for the rode is very shallow so I have to flake it by hand as it comes up, so you'll want your foot switches where you can put your knee on them to keep your hands free. Wiring in a remote up/down switch is super handy for putting the anchor down and well worth the effort. I really like having a windlass with a captstan which I use to hoist the dinghy onto the deck (with the spin halyard and a block about 12' off the deck)
