Wind vanes

For those offshore sailors who have had experience with wind vanes, I am wondering how they compare with one another. Monitor, Hydrovane, Voyager, Sailomat and Cape Horn are the main ones left since Aries is no longer in production...I believe. I am leaning towards the Cape Horn, although the Monitor has a great rep but it is so clunky.
