I have been searching the last couple of weeks for replacement bushings for my Air Marine wind tower. I tried calling and emailing Southwest Windpower but after a week have received no response.

After many days of searching on the internet I believe I have found the exact replacement for these bushings. They are part number 60166 from Tech Products out of Ohio. Their website is novibes.com.

They come in different stiffnesses. I purchased a few different models and believe the 60166-3 are the correct ones. You have to purchase a minimum of 4 sets which provides you with a spare set and they are priced about $12 a set. This price is probably 1/4 of what SW windpower sells them for if you manage to get them to respond to you.

Thanks for the update Rich although I do not see the towers on the Primus website.

Just called them and they do not have the towers or mounts. They only acquired the turbines.

Thanks for the info.

Why do you need new bushings? Did previous set fail? I've had mine 3 years now...

Mine are more like 7 years old and the sleeve in the bushing is mild steel. It rusted and fused to the bolts. It also expanded and distorted the rubber bushings. I bought new HW from McMaster and I will slather them with some anti corrosion paste before assembling.
