Anyone can tell me the fuse size in the 12v charger that comes with the brushless model? Mine came with 3A 250v fuse and it blows upon connection.

My son had a Ford Focus that kept blowing a fuse about once a month, so he went up a fuse size. About a month later he had smoke coming up from under his seat... cost $600 in electrical damage. He is lucky the car didn't catch fire with him in it.

12v outlet fully supports other devices so doubt short in the outlet. Thank you for your response.

Yes, in the Winchrite or the 12V cable itself. Something between the fuse and the device, or in the device. If there is no problem using the 110V charging cable, my bet would be in the 12V cable itself.
