Help, just purchased an O'Day 26 Ft sloop, nedded a LOT of TLC after 2 years of neglect. All is going well EXCEPT for the winches- very difficult to turn. Also have no idea hoe to remove them for "repair" and/or lubrication. HELP please.

OK, got the winches off, push down in center, however, I need 2 couple of pawls and pawl springs, they are at the bottom of the lake. Any ideas where they can be purchased???
