Winch Replacment on a 1984 27'

I want to replace the old stock winches with a self tailer and was wondering if anyone has done this and what is a good sized winch to use for the sheets and the main

i replaced the original hunter lewmar 7's with stainless steel 30's for the sheets and 18 for the mainit really made a big differenceand i got a little peeved that they cut corners on something this importantjimpastorjameshayes@aol.com
