I assume your talking about the keel clutch winch. Catalina Direct sells the direct replacement fulton winch. You might also be able to buy it direct, not sure on that. I'm pretty sure its model K/KX 1550 though. Take a look at the web address included to see what your looking for. If you have a new large drum you can buy replacment parts from Fulton.

keel winch lub
Hi Tipsy When you get your new winch take it all apart and lub it with (Never Seez). The is a Anti-seizer and lubricating compound I have found to be great for salt water areas. I even usit on the tongue of my Catalina 22 trailer. This lub is made by Bostik chemical Group. I use it on nuts and other fasteners on my boat and the lower end of my outboard motor. Great stuf, but a little messy. fair winds AL
