What ever happened to Abby Sunderland's Boat Wild Eyes ? Was it recovered, sunk or just left to drift?

It was recovered by a band of Emperor Penguins who are
using it to cruise the Kerguelen Islands.

It was sighted 1500 miles SE of New Zealand, still moving nicely. Apparently the autopilots are now working flawlessly so.... her father has claimed they will attempt the first non stop, unassisted, unmanned, circumnavigation. heh, heh, heh....
