Width of wing on 322

I just bought an in water 322 - 1988....and needed to know how wide the wing is on the keel...to see if my boat hauler can lift her out for the season. Anyone know?

Hi Mike,I can't help you out (my 322 is still in the water, so it's a little hard to measure the wing). I do not have a hard measurement but I would estimate that it is 24" wide.

Thanks Pete:Do we know where the next Oday rally will be? We will strive to be there.The boat I bought is at Gateway Marina in Brooklyn. We need to bring her through Hells Gate very early Saturday due to current conditions. Therefore, I need to move her Friday from Gateway to somewhere very close to lower Manhattan. We are thinking Liberty Marina but is there anywhere on bottom of East River?MikeWilton, CT

Go with Liberty

Liberty Landing is probably your best bet -- not cheap, but your best bet. There's nothing on the lower end of the East River, and Liberty Landing will position you to whip around the Battery and ride a following current right up the East River.And no, we don't know yet where the 2007 rOnDAYvous will be, but I'll hope to see you and the 322 there.Cheers...
