I just purchased a Widgeon and the centerboard will not descend ( I must admit not wanting to break anything I did not put a lot of force into the action) I attempted to push the handle both fore and aft without success. Is there a stop that prevents me from moving the lever or do I have to move the lever either pushing toward the centerboard housing or away. Or do I have to take the boat out of the water and examine the bottom. Please help!! email to sentinel@rcn.com
