who knows this sailboat seen in France. 30feet lenght, multishine steel. If any of you has an idea ... its is welcome !

I think you will find that it is a regional

design and build. The mast pulpit would suggest that it sails the inland waters and canals where ease of lowering the mast is important. You probably need to bone up on your French and join a French boating forum.

Agree with Ross.

Definately set up for an area with low bridges.
If not strctly a regional design, possibly fairly well known design in Europe.

Is it actually rust or just primer?

Wouldn't say it's a derelict, looks like a couple well used much loved boats I've seen. If it's primer (maybe just a bad color choice?) could be 'in progress'
I'm leaning towards primer because you can see a few spots with paint chipped on the rails and it's not the same red color.

maybe an Al Mason 31 or 33

I search a little bit on the web, and found that it lokks like Al Mason design !!! She can comes from US, as Al Mason isn from California, isn't it ?
what do you think about this possibility ?
