Who can repair a keel attachment area ?

My boat went aground on a solid rock bottom in stormy conditions and was pounded up and down on the keel dozens of times. I know how to fix the keel, but I don't know how to approach fiberglass delamination in the hull where the keel tried to tear away the keel attachment plate embedded in the fiberglass hull.

Is there a boat repair shop East of the Mississippi with suitable fiberglass repair expertise ? Can a repair be made without removing the thousand pound keel ?

It involves grinding out all the delaminated glass

As for removing the keel it would depend on were the damage was

On the 35' boat I sail on they had to cut out the interior liner to reach the bad glass which had failed forward and 18" behind the keel were the hull flexed enough to cause the delamination

(it goes from translucent to white were it is delaminated)
