Whisker Pole--Oceanis 45

Any recommendations for a whisker pole for an Oceanis 45? What about the mast fitting? Primarily for using the standard jib downwind.

I went with a forespar whisker pole mounted on the mast to make single handling easier.

If you cruise their site , they have all the info to put it all together.
