which mattress(bank) do you use when cruising

I opened a bank account in Cyprus to facilitate local payments (full internet banking) and it seemed to be working. I happen to have only 60 eu in it right now (was a lot more) and the "bail-out" has just STOLEN 6.7%.

Was going to open an account in Greece too - not to keep a lotta cash in , but just to ease payments.

I am not a USA citizen , dont have any USA bank access... What do you guys do ?

My wallet keeps most of what I have. 24 hour access. Funds available (when available) when and where I need them.
