VC-17
Works for me. I roll on two coats with a thin sponge roller in the spring before putting the boat in the water for the summer. At take-out, I'd get a sprayer full of water and a sponge to remove any mud/sludge right when the boat comes out. As far as moving the boat to another location in season, I would think that if you go over the boat with a good rag before you put it in, this would expose the copper enough to protect the hull for some time.
