Are they the plastic ones? If so, Catalina Direct has them, and new this year in ss.

Sorry, I should have been more specific and also suggested this site's store. Specificity: plastic with winch handle holes for loosening and tightening? CD. The other plastic ones? Right here. Sorry, Dave.

Wolf, many years ago I lost one overboard and found out O'Fay used an oddball size that is out of production. I found some at a marina chandlery on the mystic river in Ct. so I bought a few for spares. A machine shop could make some for a price if you gave them one to copy. An option is replace the whole fitting with a more standard size but IIRC the flanges on the O'Day are larger so some work might be needed to fill in holes and make the deck hole smaller.

I bought replacement plastic ones in the appropriate color (code for use)..not from WM but the other merchant with the big catalog. Can't think of their name....WM's competition.

Pat do you recall which ones you bought so others can benefit from your experience? Maybe a part or model number?

The cap I bought was the waterfill cap....blue I believe.....it was Wholesale Marine ....via their catalog....I do not have the part number however....would need to look in the current catalog...it was a perfect match to the original...I know...not helpful w/o
a catalog number.....the only difference...the original from O'day had a retainer chain to keep it from disappearing, the retainer chain obviously did not work real great or I would not have lost it....I'll look when I go downstairs and find their old catalog.

It's morning and I am re-thinking my reply...It was Defenders...and I did not pre-measure the size/diameter, I guess I just bought by color, again blue / water..but it fit perfectly. Patrick

I just found my catalog...is the Defender, 2012 complete Marine Catalog...shown and listed on page 26 ...Scandvik..stainless steel body/w deck fills cap..per use....$ 46.00 per cap... color coded per use.....at least back then they were....good luck...I would call Defender ....the one I bought was a perfect replacement w/what O'day provided. The PO of my boat had a few spares (different colors). I could not find a part number or manufacturer stamped on the cap ( don't have the original package). Will look tomorrow to see if I have one in a package in my spares.

Mine are plastic, with a "flip up" handle (no key required).

I'm going to check this afternoon at the lake....I think the flip up part (s) is plastic, and the surrounding threaded part is stainless.

On the 35 the flange is 3.5 inches and the cap is 1.5 inches with 1 1/2 WC marked inside the cap. I assume Wilcox Crittendon? The fitting is marked " Marinum".
