O' Day 14' Gannet Lake Hefner
This is the top mast pulley(sheave box?) from an O` Day Gannet. Pulley is 3/4" dia, rivet spacing is 1-1/2". The box was 1-1/8" wide and 1/2" thick. Looks like 3/16" line.

Is there anything that could be made to work or retro fitted(modified or adapted) if a replacement isn't available?

The box was held in by two long rivets.

Oday Day Sailer Wareham, MA
Based on hte Vintage of a Gannet, another possible source would be ZEPHYR Spars in Wareham, MA. I know they made spars for the O'DAYs for a while in the early days. They still supply replacement spars and rigging for the Rhodes 19. They are part of Cape Cod Shipbuilding, a small shop that still builds small fiberglass sailboats.

PS: "Shipbuilding" is a holdover from the WW II years, the biggest boat CCSB builds now is 44' and they haven't launched one of those (new) since 1982. They currently are the builder of the Day Sailer IV an updated version of the O'DAY DAY SAILER.
