All, my Simrad WP30 autopilot was destroyed during the hurricane last fall. I went out to Sailnet's website today to reorder only to find (and confirmed by a telephone call as well) that they no longer carry it. West Marine and Boat US don't carry it, can anyone recommend a reliable online merchant to purchase it from?

I probably got the last available WP30 from BoatUS last month. www.defender.com has the WP32 for $789.99 not a bad price and is just an up grade for the WP30. Good luck and happy sailing

I see that Performance Yacht now only lists the WP32(Related Link). It is $800. including the remote. Seems like a good deal, less than I paid five years ago with no remote. I wonder about the wind input? It states that NMEA0183 is suitable input. But under "Steer to Wind" it states "...must either be connected to a Simrad Instrument System with Wind function, or to a Simrad Active Masthead Unit." My instrument system is Nexus and it works with my older WP30.
