Where is the North Pacific High?

Can any of you weather buffs tell me where the Pacific High is in this picture?

Gone south for the winter. It only exists in the summer.

Just been replaced by a low, it was here just last week, rumored to be returning later this week.

I thought that was it a couple days ago but it appears to be moving onshore bring rain and wind to Seattle. Isn't that a low?
