Where do you find the sheaves for the roller bar under the mower deck

Where do you find the sheaves for the roller bar under the mower deck. This is a 2004 Hunter 386. I was replacing the continuous mainsail roller and saw this mess. I swear I cleaned it up as well. The sheaves are badly worn in a spot or two.

Ideas.
First you need the Pin diameter → bushing ID (usually a loose sliding fit; common sizes are in the ⅜–⅝″ / 10–16 mm range).
Then try:

McMaster-Carr. Search “nylon spacers,” “nylon round tube,” or “UHMW polyethylene tube.” They carry many ID/OD/length combinations in Nylon 6/6 and UHMW (low-friction, wear-resistant, good for marine use).​

Or​

Rig-Rite. They stock a wide range of sheave bushings and stainless/nylon spacers by OD/ID/length.​

You’ll want several, making sure they can rotate individually. You will not want to pack them tight nor have a single one the width of the pin.

I wouldn't use nylon. I'd use acetal or commonly called delrin. Mcmaster-Carr has various tubing sizes - but you'll have to look at your dimensions. Worst case you could buy a round bar that has the correct OD and drill out the correct ID.

UHMWPE can also work but acetal is excellent in this application.

And then, put some spacers, like thick washers, in the gaps between the rollers to keep the halyards from running off the ends of the rollers... or make the new rollers long enough to take up the space between the supports..
