Where do I stick the hose????

In an effort to reduce the amount of amps used and make my system more efficient, I thought I'd add some foam insulation to the ice box. Now I have searched all over the net for answers, but I have yet to tear open the cabinets for fear of labor without results... Can I take out the galley drawers and framework and spray foam around the box, or do I have to drill holes to access the spaces?

It is usually not possible to access all sides of the icebox from the outside. You will do a more thoruogh job by drilling access holes from the inside.
