Where can you buy a metal jin pole with the wench on it?

You might have to adapt it for your boat, but this is what I have. You could probably build one for a lot less, but if you just want to pull the trigger, here's one.

My wench’s name is Carol. I don’t think she would take well to riding a gin pole.
I don't think she'd like being called "wench", either.
