Hello everyone, I just bought a 1974 MacGregor, actually I am not sure what boat is it, the title says, 24'7", I will look at the HIN to find out exactly what boat is it, however I was wondering where can I get more info about my boat, I am a new sailor and I need to buy a few things, where is the best place to go, and how can I learn more about the boat itself and what I need to have. Thank you all for your assistance. happy sailing

Macgregor Manuals

Hi Christian. I just bought a Mac25 too. You can find Macgregor Owner Manuals at http://www.macgregor-boats.com/macman/manuals.html. I haven't settled on a good (e.g. low cost) source of products. I do a lot of Goggle searching on and have bought a few things from www.westmarine.com, and http://www.go2marine.com). I hope this helps. Happy Sailing!

MacGregor Boat parts

Blue Water Yachts carries MacGregor Parts. If you need something far out, like a keel or hatch cover, your best bet is to contact the MacGregor factory and see if they have what you need or can point you toward a source. You can also join the macgregor list on sailnet.net, and ask other Mac owners for sources for parts. The factory number is 949-642-6830.
