Where can I find an emergency tiller for a 34

Hi all,
I am the new owner of a 1982 Oday 34. and we LOVE IT. We upgraded from a Catalina 27.. Does any one know where I can buy an emergency tiller for it. I have been all over the boat and I can not find one. I really would like to have one just in case.

make one....I used electric metallic tubing (EMT is the trade name)and made a slot in the end to fit inside the rudder quadrent.....the one I found on my 32 looked like a auto tail pipe but it was not practical unless you had two people aboard cause my rudder is under the mattress in the aft cabin,I modified the system so I could steer the boat from the helm if needed

you can see the old rusty pipe in one of the pics and the rope keeps the pipe level so I could steer with my foot

I'm an electrician too....and if you look you'll see I used a rigid nipple cause the od fit much better in the quadrant.
