I would like to convert from tiller to pedestal wheel on a H26, I have a mate with experience, where to find the wheel and what type fits??

I have a 1995 Hunter 26 with wheel steering. It is made by Edson. You can call them, their sevice deptartment is very good. I have had some problems with the push pull cable bending, so you may want to see if they have another system that will work with your boat.

This issue has been discussed *extensively* but, as I recall, Edson doesn't make the parts any more. And I think, Crazy Dave, the resident expert on 26/260, finally decided that the structure doesn't support such a conversion. There is a lot of discussion in the archives.
