Caveat Emptor
I bought a leather wheel cover from IndyCanvas, an eBay seller. The price was right and the leather was good quality. However...the lacing holes were not punched properly, many of the holes did not align, there was insufficient thread supplied, and finally, one of the two lacing needles supplied broke halfway through the job. While I managed to repunch many of the holes myself, and finished the lacing job with my own needles and thread, I would not recommend this supplier as I believe he lacks quality control.
