h26 conversion
At the time edson had a specific kit fot the H26. It consisted of the binicle, chain and cable, conduit, and a fiberglass riser to get the binicle over the rib in the cockpit, a fiberglass box for the transom, and a steering bracket for the rudder. The system worked terrific and instillation was pretty straight forward (except the directions were wrong, the transom hole size was incorrect in the directions) It took a weekend and went together nicely with 3m 5200 and the bolts supplied. I would suggest the system. There was someone at edson who designed the system but I do not recall his name. If you called edson you may be able to find him and see if they still have anything like that available. Dave O.
