Most of the time my boat is on the lake and, excepth for now, the winds are usually light. I was wondering if anyone had tried a larger Headsail than the standard Jib that comes with the boat. What about a asymetrical spinnaker? Twice a year I take it to Pensacola. I have seen a few days there where something larger than the Jib would have been useful.

Steve, I’ve got my h23 on a 350 acre lake in southeast Nebraska and as you can see in the attached photo on VERY clam days the only way I can move is to deploy my 185 drifter. This is my third year at sailing so I don’t know about a spinnaker. Bob Noble S/V Miss Lisa

110 now plus asym spinnaker.

Hey Steve, My H23.5 has an asymetrical Spinnaker and a 110 on a CDI roller furling. My Precision 21 had a jib that I had cut down to 90% and a 135 genny. There were a few times I would hve liked to have a 150. see ya at BEER Mike

Our 25.5 seems like a larger version of the 22. We've got three jibs including a 150, 110 and storm jib. We've also got a chute, but haven't used it.

I have a 150, 110, storm jib, and a spinnaker. I may try the kite out this year if I get a couple of good sailors out with me.

155 is my largest

I got my new sail in Friday a week ago and got to use it Saturday. The air was light and it was nice to have a large sail. The foot is 14' 9". The Spinnaker should be shipped Friday. Us lake sailers need large sails. I don't think I would have needed it this past weekend at the Dauphin Island Race. 26 knots.
