There is a master Yanmar engine parts catalog available online. I don't know how to post my "soft" copy on the forum.
See private message I just sent.

So the parts you are looking for are listed in either Figure 16 or FIgure 17 for the Cylinder Head. I assume you have taken the injector valves off and are looking at what is inside the 3 holes. First, make sure you are asking about the correct Figure. There are 6 models listed as follows:
Fig 16 includes: 3GM30, 3GM30VE, 3GM30B, 3GM30C
Fig 17 includes: 3GM30F, 3GM30FVE

It appears that both figures have the same order and listing of parts, but they just have a different sequence numbering system (not the part number)

The diagram shows in order from bottom to top (just under the injector valve) with the number of parts needed
  • 124950-11450 Gasket, Chamber (3)
  • 105311-11420/105311-11430 Chamber, Rear/Pin (3) - this was 2 parts to the component
These parts (above) are captured inside the cylinder head, I believe, and won't be replaced if you aren't taking the cylinder head apart.
I didn't order those components. What I did order and replace are the parts listed below (I was able to extract the old parts with dental pick):
  • Chamber Gaskets (again) 124950-11450 (3) I think these were copper washers.
  • 128275-11410 Chamber, Rear (3) These little buggers were $15.12 a piece
  • 128275-11490 Insulator (3)
  • 128275-11500 Cover (3)
  • 24341-000260 O-ring (3)
I spent $93 for these 5 parts.

Then the injector valve goes over it all.
