what's this part called?

I need to replace the rubber and plastic 'gasket' on the transon through which the fuel hose passes to hook up to the outboard - I have an H22 but this is found on a lot of boats with outboards. What's the exact name for this part?thanksmike

Mine passes over the transom, so it's some kind of after market install.
