I found this large green ground wire laying on bottom of hull behind aft cabin bulkhead. It has a eye terminal on end and not connected to anything. I traced it and in runs up through deck with wires to helm and runs underneath pedestal. Not sure where it goes from there.

It is possibly a ground for your fuel fill. It would typically be ground to the engine block.
It's part of the ground bonding system for the boat. You should also see them attached to the keel. Not really sure where this one goes.. I found bonding wires at the keel, arch and I'm sure there is one to the engine...
I traced the wire back the other direction and it goes up through the deck above with all the wires going to helm, then forward with the other wires under pedestal. Not sure where is goes from there maybe up to pedestal. I concerns me it has a ring terminal end on it and it is not hooked up to anything. I tried looking around in the area at the end of wires for something it came off but could not find any thing.
I will be at the boat on the week end. I will try to remember to look where it attaches. Will reply again on Monday.
The ground wire goes across the top of the fuel tank and up into the port cockpit locker with another ground and the vent hose. The wire connects to one of the mounting bolts for the arch. I stuck my phone up there to get some pictures. Hopefully the pictures are self explaining.
