I'd like to know what's there under the forward cabin seat in the H33 new model, for to use it if there would be any room spare space in there. Thank you.

I Looked once

I was tracing the water tank lines once and I looked in there. The space is smaller than it looks as the hull cuts in pretty steeply. Other than that I only remember a few wires and the water lines. I am going to my boat tomorrow to start the spring hull work. I can take another look.

If you...

Move the v-berth cushions out of the way. There are two top-entry hatches to the storage lockers below. I opened the port side and stuck my arm with a flashlight down into there reaching out to the hull and back along it under the seat. You will find the water lines here. Personally I would have preferred another locker instead of the seat. I have not found much use for it with the way I use my boat. You can get an idea of the space by looking at the other side in the storage locker. Note how small the locker is at the base. Are you looking to install something? or just searching around? We anually travel on multi-week trips with our 2004-33 and always find enough room for storage. It is only two of us though. I guess I can see space concerns if there are more of you.

Thanks so much!

Well, we've this boat since 2 months ago. I'm looking for spare room to install a diesel generator. Apart from that I agree with you that there's enough room for us (we are 4 and by now don't do trips of more than 1 week long) but it seems to us that this seat at the fordward cabin is near useless. We've rather prefer another locker as well, and thinking of made it ourselves. I was concerned about what could be in there... I'll have a try to look in at it tomorrow. Thanks a lot for guide my way. :)
