Recently purchased 1994 23.5 with the mast down and lines pulled. When I put her back up, I realized there are 2 cables with block 2/3rds the way up the mast - one on each side. Being a novice, I can't figure out what they are for! Could someone help me out here. Pretty humbling when you want to take a lady out on your boat, and can't figure out what those darn calbes are.
