I own a Phantom 14, probably built in the early 80s. I've enjoyed sailing it in a number of places over the years, but ran into some technical problems with the DNR in Louisiana and the DMV in Maryland, so haven't sailed it for some time. And since I just bought a car that won't tow a trailer, I've decided it's time for me to sell the boat. I've discovered that a panel of the sail was shot, so I'm thinking of buying a Sunfish sail, which is about the same size. My question is, what would be a fair price for this boat with a new sail. The boat itself is in quite good condition. Any thoughts?

that boat and trailer weigh less than the driver and 1 passenger. What technical problems could you have with a Phantom 14 in terms of DNR and DMV? You got a Nuke reactor auxiliary on that boat you are trying to transport? What relation do Louisiana and Maryland have... crabs?
