Dodger
Craig, A dodger is a combination of waterproof material like Sunbrella and a see-through plastic material mounted on a frame on the house roof. When you're in the cockpit, it protects you from spray, wind, and just about any weather coming from foreward. Oftentimes, lines are lead under or through it to the cockpit. I looked for pix here at the site and couldn't find any, but you should be able to find some somewhere. Try the sailnet.com site. I thought Phil would have dodgers in the chandlery, but I couldn't find any to show you. Tom
