What type of boat do I have?

I was recently given a sailboat and I have no idea what the make or model is? There are a few pictures attached. It's in pretty poor shape but I'm looking to restore it. All I know is that it is a daysailer and approx 18 ft long. There is no ID # on the boat so I don't even know where to start. Can anyone idenify something on this boat that is unique and might give me an idea as to who makes it?

Looks like a decent boat. Did it come with a sail or a title? Sometimes the mainsail has some letters/numbers on it referring to the make/model. Also, the title might help?

It did come with sails and the main sail only has a logo on it (no name). I'll post a picture of that soon because it's nothing I recognize. Unfortunately it didn't come with a title.

One of your photos has the reminents of a FL registration number. Can you make out the outline/shadow of the missing numbers on the hull? If so, you could track it with FL through that registration number for the make and year. Also, if the name it is registered in is the same person that gave it to you, it would allow you to get title for yourself a lot easier. lBrianW
