Looking at a boat that is for sale. i have known the owner some time and he is moving across continent. He took out the Farryman and installed a Yanmar motor. Cutlass bearing is noisy, makes a whining noise. How are these to replace? The whole idea of a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor scares me. What should i look for? Any known issues with these boats? Boat needs TLC and i am ok with that.
