What To Look For, P34-2 Survey?

I will be having a survey done on a 1990 Pearson 34-2 next week. Any owners or past owners have any info on possible problem areas for this model?
Does anyone know how many of this model were built?

I bought a 1990 34-2 last year. Hull#34. They were built '89-'91. Not sure how many. Very happy with her. Comfortable cruiser and good hull speed with both self tacking 100 and 135 headsail. Structure and rigging was sound. Neglected below deck so most of what I did was cosmetic and system maintenance. By now most all stanchions, travelers and cleats will need rebedding. I'm still working on that. Be sure to check stern cockpit door and ladder for tightness. I will happily discuss if you'd like to speak. We can connect out of forum.

I'll be in touch about the survey we had today; we expect to get the full report tomorrow. Deck problems in several areas, but the systems are mostly OK and interior is good. Hull # 27, by the way.
