I bought my boat in August. The limited time I've had I sail her! It wasn't till december that I explored enough to find my Genoa. Last Sunday as I lamented the lack of wind I cleaned out some clutter and found a couple of unknown things. First: I pulled up the access board in the sole and find a divided bilge. There is a 6 inch high wall down the center. there was water in the forward section. I've hit the manual bilge pump a time or two but now I see that the hose doesn't reach to the front. BUT there is no way for water to go from one side of this wall to the other so the hose only drains one side. Can that be right? SECOND: I was looking under th V-berth (where I FOUND the genoa) There I found a black triangle attached to the inside of the hull that has a cable (looks in the dark like antena type cable) attached. It is just in front of where I assume the c/b starts. Is this an old transducer? I bought the boat without seeing the hull still haven't seen it. Or is this my direct connection to those UN black helicopters. Just got my new base plate to start my lines aft project! Later,Mike
