What size Wisker Pole

I have been doing some racing here with my sailing club and need to
get a wisker pole for my 2007 H- 36 for wing on wing with my 110 jib
so what size do you 356/36 owners use.
Any good used ones or advice where to get one would be much appreciated.

Hi Nick,
I have used with satisfaction a Forespar telescopic whisker pole. The reason I went telescopic is to be able to use it with both my 110 and my 130. It also allows easier storage on deck. I also have a track on the mast to be able to adjust to proper height.
I would check Craig's list in your area or salvage places. good luck

Nick, we had a Forepar telescopic whisker pole on our last boat and really liked it. I have been keeping an eye out for one to use on our 356. I would check out some of the marine flea markets, and Sailor Man in St Augustine etc. for a used one. Size wise I don't know what to say. I will do a few measurements on my boat and try to figure it out.

I also used the whisker pole with our asymmetrical and it worked quite well.

I agree with Claude a track on the mast makes it all work better.

I don't know if Selden sell a track or just a ring for our mast. I bought a fixed ring from them for our last boat and it fit the mast quite well but it was a long debate with myself about how high it should be mounted.
