What size stuffing flax do I need?

My boat is on the hard an hour drive away. I've decided repacking my stuffing box before launch in the spring is a good idea. Hoping someone can save me drive time. Is it safe to assume 3/16 stuffing flax is the correct size for my 30T?

It's definitely either 3/16 or 1/4". Buy the two and return the one you don't use.

Did you figure it out? How did it go? Did you use MainSail's article? I've never done one. I went directly to a dripless shaft seal.
