Knots. Sorry, had to....
Main. The last two boats started with shackles and both went to bowlines. Easier to adjust for wear, no advantage in having shackle. One less thing. Also, knots don't scratch up the head pulleys as shackles can, and you can hoist higher than splice-shackle combinations. The last time I stayed with a quick shackle was on a beach cat.
Jib. A screw pin shackle that fits the furler.
Reacher. Either screw pin or quality spin shackle. Wichard.
Chute. Spin shackles.
If quality spin shackles are too expensive, try soft shackles. Cheap spin shackles fail too often.
No "quick shackles." I've had too many fail. I'd go with a soft shackle first.
