What paint to buy in Mexico?

So its been almost 3 years with our bottom paint and 3200+ miles. Its 4 coats have been warn away on the forward third of the bow and we need to repaint. The local store here in Puerto Vallarta had the same paint we used in Seattle but they want nearly $500/gal for it! Hell no. So we are looking for a local paint that is more about $200/gal. Comex paint is all over the place but does anyone have experience with them? Looking for an ablaitive paint

Three choices. Buy what's available, get a mule to deliver the desired paint down there, or just pay the stupid import fees...those bastards.

I am hauling in Ensenada in May. They use Sea Hawk as I recall, although they will provide Trinidad. In either case, the cost is nearly the same as the states. I did read a long time ago that the Mexican paint is pretty good. Here's a read for you:
