Not an O'DAY Day Sailer
What you have is an ANNAPOLIS DISCOVERER, not an O'DAY. Designed by Joseph Puccia in 1966, built by Annapolis Sailboat Builders, LOA: 17'7", LWL: 16'4", Beam: 6'4", Draft: 9" cb up, weight: 650#, Sail Area: 165 sqft.
There are still several of these boats around, they show up periodically on eBay. Basically, this is another of the Day Sailer "copies" that were produced during the 1960's and early 1970's, they look like a DS I, but are not the same. The Discoverer is actually 10" longer and 125# heavier than the DS, and has 20 sqft more sail.
