Ah... my SON needed to send a letter and googled how much it cost. At least he had heard of stamps but then when he found a stamp in his mother's desk drawer, he called me because the stamp he found did not have a price on it, instead it said "forever" and he was worried that the stamp would not work.Re: Snail Mail
Friend of mine works in customer service for the highway authority and a caller needed to send in the 50 cents for a toll. Caller did not have a checking account so was going to have to spend the money for a money order. Then wanted to know how to send it in and my friend told her about envelopes and then put a stamp on it. The reply was "is that the little sticky thing"? Everyday I feel older and older.
